Recently, our production facility has entered a new peak shipment period. Multiple customized high-frequency ERW tube mill lines have completed final assembly, commissioning and full factory acceptance tests (FAT), and are now packaged and ready for dispatch. They will be delivered in succession to overseas project sites in India, Ethiopia and other markets.

Amid growing homogeneous competition and price rivalry across the tube mill equipment sector, the company continues to secure overseas orders through outstanding product quality and end-to-end service capabilities, underscoring the robust strength of China’s tube manufacturing equipment.

The export-bound HF tube mill lines cover a full range of mainstream pipe diameter specifications, supporting continuous welded pipe production from carbon steel, galvanized steel strip and other feedstocks. The lines integrate all key processes: uncoiling, forming, high-frequency welding, sizing, flying saw cutting and end stacking.

To align with grid standards, raw material properties and on-site production conditions in destination countries, our engineering team has pre-configured the equipment with customized adaptations to the electrical control system, forming roll profile design and welding power parameters. This ensures rapid installation and commissioning on site, as well as stable output of high-precision welded pipes with low defect rates.
